🌾 The Legend of the Swallows' Estate

Once upon a time, in the heart of the Brie countryside, there was a family farm called Le Haut Fays. Its walls, built in the 19th century, have witnessed the passing seasons, harvests, and generations. In the 1960s, my grandparents, a Belgian farming family, settled here, bringing with them their expertise and love of the land.
The surrounding fields, cultivated with care and passion, are still covered today with golden wheat, vigorous corn, vibrant rapeseed, and bountiful barley. In the past, the estate also echoed with the hooves of livestock, a reminder of the prosperity of farms of yesteryear.
Then, in 2020, a new chapter began. Driven by a desire to share this heritage and drawing on my studies in hospitality and catering, I brought the Domaine des Hirondelles bed and breakfast to life. This project was a natural progression: to diversify our agricultural activities while opening the doors of our home to travelers seeking tranquility.
